Aug 19 (Tue) -Cooking Class at Village Bistro. Bistro will be hosting it's first Mozzarella Class from 4p~5p. For $30 per person, you'll learn how to make Bistro's most popular pulled mozzarella appetizer. Chef Andrew will discuss where the process is from, what curds are better and how to produce amazing, smooth mozzarella step by step. Each person will be taking home there finished product. Aug 20 (Wed) -PJ Party and Movie Night at the BV Theatre, supporting the Pajama Program. Pam Holloran, of Sea Master Cruises, has coordinated a pajama drive through Pajama Program and the BV Theatre to help collect cozy pj's for children in need. Visit the theatre between 5:30 & 7p, wear your PJ's, bring new, cozy pj's to donate or $5 and enjoy some children entertainment followed by a featured film at 7p.
